Prohibited States for Shipping Cannabis Seeds

Currently, cannabis seeds cannot be shipped to the following prohibited states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Seeds Policy

At Reign Forest, we do not offer returns for any reason on "seeds". However, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before shipping.

To ensure accuracy and protect our business, a photo is taken of every order before shipment. If you receive a shipment with the wrong product, please email us a photo of the items in your shipment. Once confirmation is obtained indicating that an incorrect product was sent, we will promptly send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Please refrain from returning products, as packages will be refused and returned to the sender.

Merchandise Policy

For misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

• Submit claims within 4 weeks of receiving the product.
• Lost package claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
• Claims determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.

If you provide an insufficient address resulting in a return, you are responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility require you to cover reshipment costs.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods like face masks for health and hygiene reasons. Such items returned cannot be reshipped and will be discarded.

General Policies

We do not provide refunds for buyer's remorse or accept returns for products, face masks, or size exchanges.

Notification for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU:

• The right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are included in this policy.

Therefore, at Reign Forest, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
