Processing Time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours and typically take 2–4 days to process.
Shipping Time: This refers to the duration it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. U.S. orders generally arrive within 10 to 15 business days, and international deliveries take approximately 15–30 business days, with possible COVID-19 delays.

What if the package doesn't arrive?

If the package is lost or hasn’t arrived within 60 days, contact Reign Forest for a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us within 24 hours to make changes. A 5% fee may apply to cancellations.
Changes after preparation for delivery are not possible.

Do you offer insurance?

All Pheno clones include complimentary package insurance. We provide replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages at no extra cost.
